Our store is hosted by GoDaddy. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purposes to violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).

You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of destructive nature to our website.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks. Certain products may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at healersstore.com. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any color will be accurate. 

We reserve the right, but are not obliged, to limit the sales of our products on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products that we offer you may purchase. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited.

We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations.

SECTION 6 – DELIVERY OF PRODUCT

While we commit to undertake the delivery of all products ordered on healersstore.com, all deliveries of products are completed in your name and on your behalf. All products shall be declared for customs purposes in the country of delivery as personal items imported by you. We make every effort to ensure the efficient and seamless local import and delivery of products on your behalf. Any issues that may arise with clearing of goods in your country or final local delivery may require you to take certain actions or pay certain additional costs (such as customs, VAT, etc.) in order to receive the final delivery of goods.

SECTION 7 – ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the email and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgement, appear to be placed by distributors, dealers or resellers.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at healersstore.com. You agree to promptly update you account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed. Credit card payments are being processed by GoDaddy on behalf of healersstore.com. 

SECTION 8 – CANCELLATION OF ORDER

If you wish to cancel your order at any time, you may contact us directly at customerservice@healersstore.com or any other third-party company responsible for management of your billing agreement. By doing so you may also find billing information about your membership or make any updates required to your payment method.

PAYMENT TERMS – All payments are received and processed by GoDaddy, Inc., and are subject to their policies, terms, and conditions:  https://www.godaddy.com/legal/agreements/universal-terms-of-service-agreement 

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY – healersstore.com makes every attempt to ship orders within 48 hours of a fully paid order.

RETURN POLICY – All products are wrapped securely in their shipping package. Any damaged product other than books or other paper products can be returned and a full credit received within 20 days of receipt of damaged item not including return postage. All refunds will be processed for damaged goods within 72 hours of receipt by healersstore.com of damaged product and must include the original packing slip. Refunds will be issued to the original source of payment.

Returns of books, cards or other paper-like products is not authorized at this time.

SECTION 9 – THIRD PARTY VENDORS AND LINKS

Some of the products available (Jewelry, crystals, soaps, oils, etc.) are from third party vendors which we neither control or have any control or input.

You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such product “as is” and “as available” without any warranties, representations, or conditions of any kind and without endorsement. We shall have no liability whatsoever arising from or relating to your purchase of third-party items. Any purchase by you of third-party items offered through the site is entirely at your own risk and discretion and you should ensure that you are familiar with and approve of the terms on which products are provided by the relevant third-party provider(s).
